Assam Forest Vacancy Details
Name of the post: Forest Veterianry Officer
No. of post: 04 posts
Remuneration: Rs. 35,000/- (Fixed) per month
Age Limit: 25 to 62 (For retired personnel) years as on 01.01.2017 (Another 1 (one) year may be relaxed by the Selection Committee in case of a preferable candidate).
Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Veterinary Sciences from a recognized University; Preference to be given for Master Degree with Specialization in Wildlife.
Professional Qualification: 3 (three) years of Working Experience in any veterinary hospital registered under the Assam State Veterinary Council or with NGO dealing with domestic/ wild animals. Another 1 (one) year may be relaxed by the Selection Committee in case of a preferable candidate.
Place of Posting:
• Under Western Assam Wildlife Division, Tezpur: 1 Post
• Under Eastern Assam Wild Life Division, Bokakhat: 2 Post
• Under Assam State Zoo, Guwahati: 1 Post
