What is The Assam Govt. Post Matric Scholarship?
Scholarship should be awarded for the study of India at government or private high school / college / university, in which such residential institutions and eligible private institutions of the government are included and transparently notified by the concerned State Government / Union Territory Administration Are there. It will also include technical and technical training courses at the 11th and 12th level National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) related industrial training institute / industrial training center.

>> Family income should not be more than Rs.1 Lakhs annually.
>> Candidate should not apply for any other scholarship or get benefits.

Procedure applying for Assam Scholarship Program 2017-18
Firstly, candidates will go to the official website. Hence they will go to www.scholarships.gov.in.
They have to click on the link of their choice.
Afterwards, they have Apply Online by clicking on the new registration button.
They will enter all the required field with correct information. After that submit the application form.
Save the application form after submission and take the printout of application form.
This application Id will also be used as “Login
Id” on the portal and for future references.
