Name of the Post: Constable (Telecom)
Total Number of Vacancies: 218 (Two hundred and eighteen) Nos.
- Particulars: Male – 185 and Female – 33
Education Qualification: Minimum educational and other essential qualifications
- Essential – Matriculation from a recognized Board or equivalent.
- Desirable – Diploma or Certificate Course from an Industrial Training Institute (ITI) or any other recognized Institution.
Age Limit Support: 18th up to 23 Years.
Age Relaxation (Permissible beyond the upper age limit):
- SC/ST – 5 years
- OBC – 3 years
The Scale of Pay (Salary): Level – 3 in the Pay Matrix Rs. 21700 – 69100 (as per 7th CPC India).
Other Allowances: The post will carry Dearness Allowance, Ration Money, and Dress Allowance as admissible from time to time, Special Compensatory Allowance while posted in specified border areas, free uniform, free accommodation or HRA, Transport Allowance, Free leave pass and any other allowance as admissible in the Force from time to time under the rules/instructions.
They will be covered under New Restructured Defined Contributory Pension Scheme.
