• For Short Service Commission W (T) 24 Women: 20 to 27 Years as on 01-10-2019.
• Widows of Defence Personnel who died Harness Only:
• Short Service Commission W (Non-Technical-Non UPSC): Maximum of 35 Years as on 07-10-2019
• Short Service Commission W (Tech.): Maximum of 35 Years as on 07-10-2019

Note: (Candidates should born b/w 02-10-1992 & 01-10-1999, both dates inclusive)

Education Qualification Required in Indian Army 53^rd Short Service Commission SSC Recruitment 2019:

For Short Service Commission (Tech) (Men and Women) –

• Candidates who have passed the requisite Engineering Degree course or are in the final year of Engineering Degree course

For Widows of Defence Personnel who Died in Harness –

• Short Service Commission W (Non-Tech.) (Non-UPSC): Graduation in any Discipline
• Short Service Commission W (Tech): BE/ B. Tech. in Any Engineering Stream.
