with CAD/CAM:
3 year Diploma in Mechanical, Plastics Technology, Tool/Production
Engineering, Mechatronics, Automobile Engineering, Tool & Die Making,
DPMT/DPT (CIPET) or equivalent.

4. Diploma in Plastics Mould Technology:
10th standard with Maths, Science and English
Age: 20
years
5. Diploma in Plastics Technology: 10th
standard with Maths, Science and English
Age: 20
years
Age Relaxation:  Age
limit is relaxable upto 5 years for applicants from SC/ST category and for
candidates from North Eastern Region in the case of Diploma / Post Diploma /
Postgraduate Diploma Programs. Age limit shall be calculated as on 31st July,
2016. Over-aged candidates need not apply and shall not be considered.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING UP THE ONLINE APPLICATION FORM (2016-17):
·        
Inadequate information furnished in each relevant
column of the application form would lead to rejection of application.
·        
No request for change of examination centre will
be entertained.
·        
Candidates employed in Govt. sector should
submit a “No Objection Certificate” from the employer along with the application.
·        
For Physically Challenged (Handicapped)
candidates, who are otherwise fit to pursue the course, seats are reserved as
per GOI norms. For any category of disability (viz., locomotor, visual, speech,
and/or hearing), benefit would be given to those candidates who have atleast
40% permanent physical impairment in relation to a body part / system /
extremity / extremities / whose body, etc., (Appropriate certificate of proof
to be produced).

Residential proof for North Eastern State
candidates to be submitted (If applicable)
·        
Candidates are required to have their scanned
image of photograph and signature to upload in the online application.
The image
properties should be as follows,
·        
Photo – 400 X 400 pixels, Size 250 kb. •
Signature – 400 x 300 pixels, Size 250 kb.
Valid image
formats are gif, jpg, jpeg and png.
Option of JEE Centre:
If
sufficient number of candidates havn’t opted for any particular centre, such
centers are liable to be cancelled and next nearest centre will be allotted to
the candidate.
